Model-Based QTO

Quantities are auto-extracted directly from Revit element data, eliminating the need for manual re-entry or off-model take-off, which is where most estimating errors originate.

NRM / SMM7 Aligned

Every BOQ is structured to RICS NRM2 or SMM7 standards, so outputs slot directly into your existing estimating and procurement workﬂows.

Trade-Separated

Structural, architectural, MEP, and civil quantities are formatted into separate schedules, making it easy for each trade or subcontractor to price their own scope without wading through unrelated data.

Excel/CSV Output

Deliverables are provided in formats ready for direct import into estimating software and procurement systems.

Revision Control

As the model is updated, BOQ ﬁgures are tracked automatically against each model version, so quantity changes are traceable back to speciﬁc design revisions.

Scope Gap Flagging

Any items not yet modelled are explicitly ﬂagged, preventing the costly omissions that occur when unmodelled scope is silently excluded from a take-off.
